Yes, our shoes are 100% waterproof, not just water-resistant. We use a patented Dyma-tex membrane integrated into the knit that keeps water out while allowing your feet to breathe.

How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 90-day return and exchange policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return.

How do I clean my Vessis?

We recommend hand washing your shoes with warm water and a mild soap. Avoid machine washing or drying, as high heat can damage the waterproof membrane.
